This place was a long time pending whishlist of mine, I finally had a chance to visit this place with my friend. I had heard a lot this joint, there are quiet famous for their Indian inspired burgers with lots of unique offering.
Its a small outlet with indoor and Outdoor seating (People usually prefer outdoor seating who wanna enjoy their burger while taking a puff). The indoor interiors have been nicely done with cool wallpapers and dim lights. The staff was courteous but short on suggestions. The overall service was quick.
Going through their menu i came across few of unique concoctions like the GulabJamun and Cheesecake, mawa cake and Strawberry and banana and peanut chakli milkshake. We decided to go for gulabjamun and cheesecake milkshake, it was good but the taste of cheesecake overpowered gulabjamun that i hardly felt the taste of gulabjamun, but overall it was good. Lemon Iced tea was also good, I am glad they didn’t make it too sweet and kept it lil bitter.
The southern spiced chicken pita pockets was good with minced chicken and veggies with a spicy sour sauce filled between Pita breads and served along with Mayo.
Loaded Chicken Poutine comes in a big bowl with loads of masala french fries, spicy gravy, shredded chicken topped with graded cheese. It was quite a filling dish.
Crispy chicken tender fillet, is a deep fried chicken dish with spicy batter outside and tender chicken inside. The chicken was really well cooked and maintained its juices. The sauce paired with it was also nice. Its a perfect Bar nimble. Goes well with coolers and mocktails.
At the time of our visit they had newly introduced American Inspired burger for limited period of time so we decided to give it a try.
Tennessee’s Herd, the burger came in deconstructed shape which lets have a nice see through to whats between those buns, I like the way they serve theit burger, its kinda unique to this place, Its a minced mutton patty with mild flavors served on a bed of Tomatoes, Lettuce and onion, it also contain Jack Daniel’s whisky based sauce and Marie Rose sauce. Well all looks good on paper through, but the rose sauce and whisky sauce gives a sour after taste which actually spoils the fun of the patty.
Miami Ghetto Blast, its contains a jerked spiced grilled chicken patty resting on a bed of fresh veggies and topped with spicy Mayo. This burger really took us to a drooling ride, The chicken was nice and tender and filled with flavors. It also contained pepper to spice up things. It was nicely marinated and slow cooked to lock the flavors in. This one is highly recommended.
We thought of ordering more but their burger quantity is quite good and after one full burger we could hardly find space to accommodate one more. Surely, I come back to this place to try out their pulled butter chicken burger and Chettinad chicken burger which are probably their best selling ones.
There are many good things about this place like the unique concoction of burgers and milkshakes, simple ambience, and most important value for money deal. Also, the indianised version of burgers caters to a large section of people who find difficult to adjust with typical American flavours.
