AbRi is an expression of the desire to connect people with authentic American food. Founded by Rishika, at AbRi she offers American Cuisine over a six-course meal in the comforts of her home. Cooked in spices, sauces and condiments sourced from New Hampshire, USA, the menu includes popular American dishes cooked with recipes passed on by her American friends.

She hosts a maximum of 8 people at a time and has included items which are not available at American food joints in India.



IHOP inspired breakfast Menu

– Freshly brewed coffee from beans directly brought from Somersworth, New Hampshire
– Chilli hot Chocolate
– Freshly squeezed fruit juice
-Pancakes- Buttermilk pancakes made from homemade batter and served with butter, honey and pure maple syrup brought from the farms in Rochester, New Hampshire.
-Omelette (choice of any 2-to be informed at the time of booking)

  1. Stuffed Chicken Fajita Omelette served with home-made hollandaise sauce and sour cream, salsa and blend of cheeses
  2. Stuffed Spinach & Mushroom Omelette served with home-made hollandaise sauce and sour cream, salsa and blend of cheeses
  3. Bold and Spicy stuffed BBQ Omelette- topped with cheese and tangy BBQ sauce & green pepper with all dry ingredients bought from New Hampshire, USA

-French Toast- Strawberry Banana French Toast topped with cream
-Florentine Crepes- Stuffed Crepes with White Cheddar sauce & fresh tomatoes
-Hash Browns
-Rosemary Tea

1. Creamy sauce made with Marsala wine over grilled chicken breasts (Veg option- Cottage Cheese), stuffed with Italian cheeses and sun-dried tomatoes. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and greens
2. Serving mushroom-filled ravioli in clear mushroom broth with burnt rosemary butter sauce
3. Traditional American plate – protein, greens, carbs, gravy sauce
