Life doesn’t come with a manual, it comes with a mother – Anshika Srivastava

Just like every mother, Anshika’s journey is not different. She and her partner Ruchita had to leave their corporate fulltime career in Digital Marketing and Market Research to take care of their little ones. After a small break, they started working on their own on small digital marketing projects.

Due to the excellent quality of their work and positive feedback from their clients and referrals, they started getting a lot of work in this field. Having set their foot on a new journey they realised that there were many women entrepreneurs and startups that needed their assistance. These were low-cost digital marketing services. All this led us to think.

They first took their baby step by launching a Facebook Community “ The SHE Power Network “ which is an extension of our company SHE Digital LLP, to help create awareness of digital marketing as a work from a home career as well as a tool for women entrepreneurs to promote their business.

They started their FB group “The She Power Network” in Sept 2017. Their community consists of 8500 + women entrepreneurs, innovators and business professionals. They also have 2 support WhatsApp groups – one for helping increase organic social media reach and the other one is to promote business. Anshika and her partner started working tirelessly launching one initiative after the other. They also have a monthly e-magazine which is “by the women and for the women”. This initiative is to help women get the recognition they require because of the wonderful work they are doing in their chose fields, as well as inspire other women to start working and gain financial independence.

Slowing as the tiny tots were growing, their work also started catching up the pace. Since they were focused and dedicated to helping the woman folk, it turned out to be a great business option wherein they landed up creating platforms to build connections, learn new things and get help in the business.

In this journey of establishing themselves, they started creating awareness of digital marketing as a work from home career for women. Simultaneously, they started doing multiple online engagements.

They also encourage women to share their products and services as well as discuss the challenges they are facing or have faced in their business and most importantly ask for help when needed in any stage of their business.

While progressing ahead, just like any normal business they too faced a roadblock. Their main issue was getting the right talent to work with them in order to help them implement their ideas and keep the Facebook community lively, engaging and useful.

Something, that inspires them is a beautiful quote “One woman can make a difference, but together we can rock the world”. So come join us and let us make a difference.

In her endeavour to make a difference, she has been recognised by Social Samosa for her work in the digital marketing field last year.
